Sve porudžbine iz online prodavnice Seven Pilates & Sculpt na sevenstudio.rs pakujemo i šaljemo iz našeg studija na Vračaru, u Beogradu. Trenutno dostavljamo samo na teritoriji Srbije. U nastavku je objašnjeno kako i kada će vam porudžbina stići.
Rok obrade
Porudžbine obrađujemo u roku od 1-2 radna dana (ponedeljak do petak, osim praznika). Porudžbine postavljene posle 14h u petak ili tokom vikenda obrađujemo narednog radnog dana. Tokom akcija, lansiranja i praznika obrada može trajati malo duže, a o kašnjenju ćemo vas obavestiti.
Rokovi i cene dostave
Dostavu vršimo kurirskom službom [naziv kurirske službe] na adrese širom Srbije. Rok dostave računa se od dana kada porudžbina napusti studio.

Konačna cena dostave prikazuje se pri plaćanju, pre potvrde porudžbine. Trenutno ne šaljemo van Srbije. Ako ste u inostranstvu i želite da poručite, javite nam se i potrudićemo se da pronađemo rešenje.
Preuzimanje u studiju
Pri plaćanju možete izabrati besplatno preuzimanje u studiju Seven, Braće Nedića 27, Vračar, Beograd. Javićemo vam mejlom kada porudžbina bude spremna. Preuzimanje je moguće tokom radnog vremena studija, od 7 do 21h, ponedeljak do subota. Ponesite broj porudžbine i preuzmite je u roku od 14 dana.
Praćenje porudžbine
Kada porudžbina bude poslata, dobićete mejl sa linkom za praćenje. Kurir vas može kontaktirati telefonom ili SMS-om na dan dostave, zato proverite da li je broj telefona tačan.
Plaćanje pri dostavi
Ako plaćate pouzećem, molimo vas da pripremite tačan iznos za kurira. Kod preuzimanja u studiju, porudžbinu plaćate gotovinom pri preuzimanju.
Kašnjenja, propuštene dostave i oštećeni proizvodi
- Kašnjenja: Rokovi dostave su okvirni. Vremenski uslovi, praznici ili kašnjenja kurirske službe mogu ponekad usporiti dostavu. Ako porudžbina ne stigne u roku od 7 radnih dana od slanja, javite nam se.
- Propuštena dostava: Ako kurir ne može da vas kontaktira, obično pokušava ponovo narednog radnog dana. Porudžbine vraćene nakon neuspelih pokušaja dostave možemo ponovo poslati, a dodatne troškove dostave snosi kupac.
- Pogrešna adresa: Molimo vas da proverite adresu pri plaćanju. Ne odgovaramo za porudžbine poslate na pogrešnu adresu koju je uneo kupac.
- Oštećeni ili pogrešni proizvodi: Keramiku i druge lomljive proizvode pažljivo pakujemo. Ako ipak nešto stigne oštećeno ili ste dobili pogrešan proizvod, javite nam se u roku od 48 sati od dostave, uz fotografiju proizvoda i pakovanja. Poslaćemo zamenu ili vratiti novac.

Overview
All orders from the Seven Pilates & Sculpt online shop at sevenstudio.rs are packed and shipped from our studio in Vračar, Belgrade. We currently deliver within Serbia only. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday or over the weekend are processed the next business day. During sales, launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know if there is a delay.
Delivery times and costs
We ship with [courier name] to addresses across Serbia. Delivery time is counted from the day your order leaves the studio.

The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently ship outside Serbia. If you are abroad and would like to order, send us a message and we will see what we can do.
Studio pickup
You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order at Seven Studio, Braće Nedića 27, Vračar, Belgrade. We will email you when your order is ready. Pickup is available during studio hours, 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday. Please bring your order number, and collect your order within 14 days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. The courier may also contact you by phone or SMS on the day of delivery, so please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Payment on delivery
If you choose cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the courier. For studio pickup, payment is made in cash at the studio when you collect your order.
Delays, missed deliveries and damaged items
- Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays or courier delays can occasionally slow things down. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipping, please contact us.
- Missed delivery: If the courier cannot reach you, they will usually try again the next business day. Orders returned to us after failed delivery attempts can be reshipped, and the extra shipping cost is covered by the customer.
- Incorrect address: Please double check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Damaged or wrong items: Ceramics and other fragile pieces are carefully packed, but if anything arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
