Imate 14 dana od dana prijema porudžbine da zatražite povraćaj i refundaciju. Ovo važi za sve porudžbine iz online prodavnice Seven Pilates & Sculpt na sevenstudio.rs, bilo da su dostavljene ili preuzete u studiju. Nije potrebno da navedete razlog povraćaja.

Šta može da se vrati

Da bi povraćaj bio moguć, proizvodi moraju biti nekorišćeni, nenošeni i u originalnom pakovanju, sa svim etiketama.

Iz higijenskih i bezbednosnih razloga ne možemo da prihvatimo povraćaj:

• odeće koja je nošena ili izvađena iz pakovanja
• keramike i dodataka koji su korišćeni
• otvorenog ili korišćenog tamjana
• proizvoda označenih kao final sale
• poklon kartica

Proizvodi vraćeni nošeni, oštećeni korišćenjem ili bez etiketa mogu biti odbijeni ili delimično refundirani.

Kako da vratite proizvod

1. Pošaljite nam mejl na hello@sevenstudio.rs u roku od 14 dana od prijema porudžbine, sa brojem porudžbine i proizvodima koje želite da vratite.
2. Potvrdićemo povraćaj i poslati vam uputstva.
3. Pošaljite proizvode na adresu Seven Studio, Braće Nedića 27, Vračar, Beograd, ili ih donesite lično tokom radnog vremena studija (od 7 do 21h, ponedeljak do subota).
4. Proizvodi moraju stići do nas u roku od 14 dana od zahteva za povraćaj.

Troškove slanja povraćaja snosi kupac. Povraćaj lično u studiju je besplatan. Preporučujemo slanje uz mogućnost praćenja, jer ne odgovaramo za pošiljke izgubljene u transportu.

Refundacija

Kada primimo i proverimo povraćaj, javićemo vam mejlom da li je odobren. Odobrene refundacije isplaćujemo u roku od 14 dana od prijema vraćenih proizvoda.

Novac vraćamo na isti način na koji je plaćeno, kada je to moguće. Za plaćanje pouzećem ili gotovinom u studiju, novac vraćamo uplatom na račun, pa vas molimo da u mejlu navedete broj računa. Prvobitni troškovi dostave se ne refundiraju, osim ako je proizvod oštećen ili pogrešan.

Zamena, oštećeni ili pogrešni proizvodi

• Zamena: Potrebna vam je druga veličina ili boja? Javite nam se u roku od 14 dana i zamenićemo proizvod, u zavisnosti od dostupnosti.
• Oštećeni ili pogrešni proizvodi: Ako porudžbina stigne oštećena ili ste dobili pogrešan proizvod, javite nam se u roku od 48 sati od dostave, uz fotografiju proizvoda i pakovanja. Poslaćemo zamenu ili vratiti ceo iznos, uključujući troškove dostave.

Overview

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and refund. This applies to all orders from the Seven Pilates & Sculpt online shop at sevenstudio.rs, whether delivered or picked up at the studio. You do not need to give a reason for returning an item.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Clothing items that have been worn or removed from their packaging
• Ceramics and accessories that have been used
• Incense that has been opened or used
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Items returned worn, damaged by use, or without tags may be refused or refunded only in part.

How to return an item

1. Email us at hello@sevenstudio.rs within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return instructions.
3. Send the items back to Seven Studio, Braće Nedića 27, Vračar, Belgrade, or drop them off in person during studio hours (7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday).
4. Items must reach us within 14 days of your return request.

The customer covers the cost of shipping a return to us. Returns dropped off in person at the studio are free. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible. For cash on delivery or cash payments at the studio, we refund by bank transfer, so please include your account details in your email. The original shipping cost is not refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges, damaged or wrong items

• Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 14 days and we will exchange it, subject to availability.
• Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
